Cyprien Poulain, a Franco-American chef with a captivating backstory as a former sailboat skipper and photographer, brings a fusion of flavors to the table. Having helmed the kitchen at the renowned Faby wine bar in Paris 17, Cyprien draws inspiration from his worldly travels, infusing Asian, Latin American, and U.S. street food elements into his French gastronomic expertise.
Their shared passion for bistronomic dining, coupled with a deep appreciation for good food and wine, drives their culinary philosophy. On April 21 + 22, Amsterdam awaits the arrival of these rising stars as they execute a residency with TTT and Verlan, promising an unforgettable gastronomic journey for all who indulge in their creations.
