Salotto Rosso and Edible Europe joined foodie forces at De Pijp’s gem Little Collins to finally put the never ending culinary battle to rest.

Crossing culinary borders, from Piemonte to Bilbao, we offered our guests (and judges) the following:
3 Italian bruschette and a glass of Italian white or red

Bruchette
Puree di cannellini con grana padano
Puree of cannellini beans + grana padano
Rucola, prosciutto e pomodoro 
Rocket + prosciutto San Daniele + San Marziano tomatoe
Marmellata di treviso con formaggio di capra
Marmalade of Treviso radicchio + goat cheese
Vini
White – Satori Pinot Grigio 2011 DOC
Red – Castel Firmian Teroldego Rotalino 2010 DOC
