In the last pop-up wine bar of 2012, we brought it back to how things used to be. Holidays filled with tradition and history, rich with friends and family. 

Since you all are a part of the Salotto Rosso family, I wanted to share the holiday traditions I learned in Italy. Regional wines that serve as the epicenter of history, holiday dishes that have been served over generations.

 What better place to hold December’s pop-up but in a restaurant that shares these very same traditions and values? We were very lucky to partner with Restaurant Thijs this time around!

Our guests were served a flight of 3 traditional Italian wines perfectly paired with 3 tastings of traditional holiday dishes that stem from the same region of each wine.
